We are thrilled to host BAYTRAN's 24th Annual State of the Counties address, thies year featuring Judge Matt Sebesta giving us updates from Brazoria County, Judge Mark Henry, with Galveston County, and Commissioner Adrian Garcia, with Harris County. Every year we look forward to coming together as a Tri-County region to hear from our county leaders on their plans for the future. 

We will also be honoring a few long-term board members that have retired or ended their term of service over the past three years. We are very excited to honor the following individuals:
