Our guest speaker this month is Bryan McMath, Executive Administrator, Texas Water Development Board. He is going to give us an overview of Proposition 4 and the water investment measures advanced during the 89th Legislative Session. In addition,he will be discussing the relationship between water infrastructure and mobility planning. While these are often treated as separate policy domains, water availability and investment decisions directly influence development patterns, which in turn shape transportation demand, corridor planning, and long-term infrastructure strategy.
