BayTran’s commitment to fostering the next generation of transportation and engineering professionals is showcased through our CREW (Committee for the Recruitment of an Engineering Workforce) Engineering Challenge and annual Topgolf Education Fundraiser. The CREW Engineering Challenge engages local high school students in hands-on, team-based problem-solving activities that simulate real-world transportation and infrastructure challenges, inspiring interest in STEM careers. Proceeds from our Topgolf Education Fundraiser directly support this program, providing resources, materials, and scholarships that help develop future industry leaders while connecting members to a meaningful cause that strengthens our region’s talent pipeline.
